Ice in a malt whisky? Well, even in a blended malt it really shouldn't be done. A splash of water is all you should add to a Malt Whisky as it helps to 'unlock' some of the more complex flavours.had the second sample with one iceblock

Highland Park has a mild well rounded peat flavour (one of my personal favorites too!), though peaty flavours do dominate a lot of the island distilleries particularly the Islay Malt whisky's, I'd recommend trying the Bowmore and/or LaphroaigCount Silvio wrote: So tell me, what is a whisky with lots of peat?
