Room for a Malt Whisky Lover in the drawing room? Not that I'll be sharing my selection of fine malt whisky, but I may on occasion pontificate upon particular vintages that come my way! I've noticed talk in some of these forums of people adding ice (or even plastic ice!!) to their single malt whisky...

For a more gentle introduction to the peaty delights of the Islay Malts one should look out for Bunnahabhain a very lightly peated malt and a great intro to the Islay range of malts.
