PISCO ELDER SOUR

2 ounces pisco

1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Combine with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-12 seconds until very cold.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a half a lime wheel.

Neither have i tried any Pisco..its not available here just like for Finland. I would really like to try a good Pisco Sour..i have a feeling i would really like it.

Plantain Daiquiri

Plantain Daiquiri

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup or superfine sugar
Plantain slices (ripe are sweeter than the green)

Mix in mixer and serve in Margarita glass and garnish with a piece of unpeeled plantain or a peeled piece with a maraschino cherry.

This one is effective, at least it was when i tried it:

Whip up 1 eggyolk, lots of rum and whiskey too, fresh chilipepper, 6 crushed garlic cloves and drink it, go to bed.

Nice bars! but mine would be entirely different..i would have a Tiki Bar..with natural materials for decoration, thatch, bamboo, stones and shells...fishlamps and carved poles..tropical plants in abundance and a waterfall. The treasure chest is the real deal - it's a great drink without being notably unique. When you come you'll have to go to both bars.
