2 ounces pisco

1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Combine with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-12 seconds until very cold.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a half a lime wheel.

Gordon, if you don`t have it in Peru i don´t know who invented it, i found it on the internet but unfortunately i have forgotten from where..

I thought it looked tasty..
