Costumes attire is an obligation. You shall dress Victorian, Georgian, Edwardian, decadence, dandy, peculiar, ridiculous & fantastic, La Goulue, Jane Avril, Yvette Guilbert, Belle Époque, Montmartre, Oscar Wilde, French cancan, burlesque with a twist of debaucherie escorted by a pinch of class.
Think British Empire meets French Post-impressionism.
